Battle of the Self-Employed Brokers - more recruits

Yesterday we covered the story of self-employed estate agency brokerage eXp revealing three new agencies to have taken on the corporate version of its business model - today it’s the turn of two rival self-employed groups.

Fraser Allen, a former Featherstone Leigh agent of 18 years, has now joined Moveli. He had been with Featherstone Leigh as a director in Richmond since 2006, prior to switching to Moveli to run his own business.

Moveli’s expansion into Richmond follows a further nine agents who have joined since the start of the year, mainly in London and the Home Counties, but also as far afield as Bath and Bristol.

The company has been running over six years and says the average experience of their agents is over 16 years.

Co-founder Ben Littlewood comments: “Our growth is in experienced agents, operating in higher value areas that reinforces our brand as the upper-market brokerage. This also strengthens the network to the advantage of everyone within it.”

And Cezary Pyda has now joined self-employed brokerage Harding Green.

Until recently, he was the former Hamptons Prime Central Valuer for Sloane Square and Knightsbridge offices in Sales, and before that he worked for Chestertons in Kensington and Draker Lettings in Chelsea.

He plans to continue operating in his preferred Kensington & Chelsea patch, where he has been based for much of his 12 years in the industry.

“Harding Green is the future of the London and prime country real estate industry, and I am thrilled to join them as a sales consultant specialising in the Sloane Square, Knightsbridge and Belgravia areas. I love SW10, which is where I live and prefer to operate. Prime Central is the jewel in the crown of London real estate” he says.

Harding Green founder Nick Carter adds: "We are delighted that Cezary has joined Harding Green this week after a career in an estate agency operating in Prime Central London for 12 years. I have known Cezary for almost 10 years; he is a highly professional agent with experience in sales and lettings. We worked together at Chestertons in their Kensington office, and he was always well-regarded in his business. We are incredibly fortunate to have him on our growing team, and I look forward to working with him and helping to support his business in the coming months."

So far this year Harding Green has attracted London agents Daniel Taylor, the ex-head of Savills Notting Hill; Simon Green, the ex-head of Pastor Real Estate in Mayfair; and Dominic Barry, the ex-head of Savills in Brook Green.
