PB are doomed. Their share price is testament to that, it will struggle to ever keep its value over a pound, whilst the company struggle with their high overheads to ever turn a profit. The Bruce brothers have taken their beach money and run. Even the most successful TO’s and LPE,s are earning a fraction of what they previously earned.

As I speculated the other day, there is only one trajectory for Purplebricks and that is down. They were found out by the industry years ago and now that word has spread the public are well aware of their one dimensional approach to estate agency. They will never make a profit. We have friends in Australia that find the whole Purplebricks debacle laughable, it is common for the word Purplebricks to be used by Australians for anything thing that is a shambles or goes wrong! “It’s all gone Purplebricks”.

Having had the unfortunate opportunity to work for Purplebricks, it was obvious to me that their position would not be maintained for long. They are a one dimensional listing tool. As the market toughens there are no time served, experienced negotiators calling and emailing potential buyers, conducting viewings on a regular basis, negotiating face to face offers. They have been found out good and proper! Quality hight street agents will always reign supreme and offer real value for money with a professional service. Watch and weep Purplebricks as your share price nose dives even further, to its true value!!

I work for Countrywide and have worked in the business for 30+ years. They are in total disarray, never has staff morale been so low. It is clear the board are out of their depth and have lost the colleagues with the knowledge and expertise to get them out of this downward spiral.
