Training service expands activities with two agent certificates

The Able Agent - the online property training service which recently launched in Scotland - has now expanded to Wales as well.

Welsh agents are now able to undertake the full set of Able Agent training, with a view to obtaining the accredited Level 3 Certificates in CePAP (Certificate in Property Advice and Practice), and CeLAP (Certificate in Lettings Advice and Practice).

This launch now sees The Able Agent covering most of the United Kingdom, supporting agents in their bid to becoming stand out experts when it comes to understanding the requirements and regulations of estate agency, lettings and property management.

The training is now live and the formal qualification exams will go live this summer, after which time the training specialist will apply for Rent Smart Wales registration. The content is also available in the in-house white label training platform.

Charlotte Jeffrey-Campbell, founder and director at The Able Agent, says: “We’re delighted to be launching in Wales, and are already seeing strong demand from a number of agents with Welsh branches.

“The training, which typically takes around seven months to complete, sees exceptional pass rates. Agents are able to expand their skillsets, covering both estate agency and lettings. As well as legal competency, the course helps agents increase fees and win more listings with the ultimate goal being confidence and recognition with post-nominals after their name. These are exciting times ahead, as we witness so many agents vying to enhance and improve not just their own offering, but overall industry standards.”
