Industry figure Clive Beattie is set to leave nurtur.group following the sale of The Guild of Property Professionals and Fine & Country brands.
A statement from nurtur.group said Beattie, formerly chief financial officer, will be leaving by mutual agreement.
He joined the group in January 2023 from OnTheMarket to consider and implement strategic options for shareholders.
Having identified a sale of the networks division - including The Guild and Fine & Country - as the preferred short-term strategy to maximise shareholder value, Beattie led the process that culminated in the sale of the businesses to The Property Franchise Group.
The remaining businesses in nurtur.tech, the outcome of a series of acquisitions in recent years, have been integrated onto common platforms.
Jon Cooke, nurtur.group chief executive, said: “I would like to thank Clive for all his hard work in the time he has been with us, in particular for his leadership in overseeing the exit from our networks division for our shareholders. On behalf of myself and the Board, I wish him the best in his future endeavours.”
