Agency reviews platform allAgents has unveiled details of its Customer Experience Awards.
The much-anticipated black-tie event will take place at the Crowne Plaza in Glasgow on Friday 29 November.
All listed agents in the UK are automatically entered into the competition free of charge, based on feedback on their profiles through the website, and are eligible to attend the ceremony on the night.
The event will feature a special guest presenter, to be announced soon, and will recognise and award the best agents in the property industry for their exceptional customer service.
There is also increased capacity and an expanded exhibition area this year, allAgents said.
Joanna Irvine, customer experience manager at allAgents, said: "We are excited to bring back the UK Customer Experience Awards for 2024.
"Our awards are designed to recognize and reward businesses that have consistently demonstrated a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We believe that these awards will provide a valuable platform for businesses to showcase their achievements and inspire others to follow their lead."
