Agency brand Phipps & Pritchard has given its branch windows a football-themed overhaul in time for Euro 2024.
The independent agent, which covers Kidderminster, Stourport on Severn, Bewdley and rural Wyre Forest, is displaying flags of the football nations represented at the Euros, with plenty of England-themed bunting in the office.
Passers-by are also treated to images of legendary footballers including Ruud Gullit, Dennis Bergkamp and Paul Gascoigne.
A spokesperson for the estate agent said it has added a positive vibe to the office, stating: “We had an envelope through the door where the client in question had written ‘Loving the Euros window! Come on England’

“As soon as people have come in, they comment on our displays stating we are certainly in the Euro spirit.
“It has been quite a talking point in the office.
“One family arrived into our lettings department with children in tow and the children were mesmerised by the footballers in the windows naming them all.
“It’s been lovely and just gives a positive lift in the current market conditions.”
