Winkworth agent acquires two office franchises in South London

A Winkworth agent in Tooting has acquired two more franchises.

The Herne Hill and Streatham office franchises have been acquired by Winkworth agent Charlie Mitchell – following his success running the Tooting office franchise.

Mitchell, who has more than 23 years’ experience working at director level for some of the industry’s leading brands, has taken over from Mark Wiehe, who has retired after nearly 30 years with Winkworth.

He said: “After the great success of running Tooting for six years, this is an incredible opportunity to take on the Streatham and Herne Hill offices, taking advantage of the huge synergies.
