OTHER GUIDES & TIPS

Keep Up! - agents group promotes networking (and net-walking)

The Guild of Property Professionals is trying to encourage more networking between its members.

A series of local meetings are being hosted by senior Guild figures to “provide a unique platform for Guild members to network, learn, and grow their businesses through face-to-face interactions in a supportive and engaging environment.”

Meetings have been held in Bicester, Cardiff, Cheltenham, North London, Worthing, Belfast, North Wales, Newcastle and Haydock, with more to come in Maidstone, Chelmsford, Harrogate and Sheffield in the coming months.

A spokesperson for The Guild comments: “These meetings are designed to provide Members with valuable insights into market trends, innovative strategies, and the latest offerings from The Guild. Each session is an opportunity for attendees to share experiences, discuss challenges, and develop new strategies to enhance their business operations in a smaller space and less formal environment than other events we hold throughout the year.”

One such event in this series so far has been a 'net-walking exercise’ where attendees combined business discussions with a scenic walk up Snowdon, “promoting both physical wellness and professional growth.”
